  4. Expert Guidance: Our trainers regress or progress each exercise to suit your fitness level, ensuring you get the most out of every session.

  • Training Hours:
    • Monday-Thursday: 6 AM-12 PM, 5 PM-7 PM
    • Friday: 6 AM-12 PM
    • Saturday: 9 AM-12 PM
  • Cost:
    • $350/month for a 12-month agreement
    • $375/month for a month-to-month agreement
  • Orientation Fee: A $150 new member orientation fee includes three personal training sessions to prepare you for group training.
