The rates for One-on-One Personal Training range from $125-$175 per session depending on the trainer you are working with. Sessions last 55-60 minutes in length. See immediately below for individual trainer rates:

Our Comprehensive Assessments are either $399 (if you are working with a trainer that charges $125 or more per session) or $299 (if you are working with a trainer that charges $100/session) with a training package ($799 without) and take 2-3 hours to complete.
Depending on the individual and their goals we will choose from the following protocols/tests during the Assessment:
- Medical History and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
- Review of Health and Fitness Goals
- Nutritional Analysis
- Static Posture (Photos)
- Dynamic Posture (Videos): Gait, Running, Overhead Squat, Single Leg, Redcord
- Cardio-respiratory Stress Test/Sub VO2 Max Test
- Myofascial Release
- Catalyst Fitness Morning Core and Evening Neck Routine
All of our Trainers hold degrees (many hold advanced or graduate degrees), multiple certifications, and advanced specializations and have done lengthy Internships with us.
For Partner Training (2 members working with 1 Trainer) the rate would be 1.5X the rate of the Trainer you are working with. This amount would then be divided by two and each person would pay their portion of the rate. For example, if the Trainer you are working with has a rate of $125/session for One-on-One’s the rate for Partner Training would be $187.50 and each person would pay $93.75. This results in a savings of $31.25 per session per person.
For members looking to achieve the most with their training programs we recommend combining your Personal Training sessions with our Small Group Personal Training on Demand on your days off. Members will receive $100 off Small Group when they add it to a Personal Training package of 2 sessions or more per week.
We do not require lengthy contracts like other facilities. Small Group Training and One on One Training and are paid monthly in advance and billing is done automatically. All we ask for is a 30 Day written notice prior to your next billing date to remove you or make changes to the billing cycle.
