Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

-Professor Bill Sonnemaker is an avid and accomplished instructor and grappling competitor (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Wrestling). He is a Black Belt under Gracie Barra’s Southeast Regional Director, Professor Fabio Costa (5th Degree). Professor Fabio received his Black Belt under Master Carlos Gracie Jr. the head of the Gracie family and the Founder of Gracie Barra. Professor Bill trains and competes in Judo under Sensei Hap Wheeler and West GA Judo. 

-Professor Bill teaches Jiu Jitsu classes in the Gi at Catalyst Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM with live training afterwards. 

-Professor Bill hosts Open Mat (No Gi) on Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:30 PM. Open Mat is free and open to everyone. 

-Professor Bill teaches No Gi Jiu Jitsu classes On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM with live training afterwards in Acworth, Georgia at Gracie Barra Georgia which is Professor Fabio’s school and the regional headquarters for Gracie Barra in the Southeast.
