Alyssa Mandell
BS, CPT, CES, PES
Originally from Chicago, Alyssa relocated to Atlanta in 2023, bringing a lifelong dedication to movement, well-being, and health with her. Coupled with her natural ability to connect with others, Alyssa has turned her love for exercise into a career centered around helping others grow both in and out of the gym.
Alyssa embarked on her fitness journey early on, first picking up a tennis racquet at the age of 2, eventually evolving into a high performance athlete. She brings a firsthand understanding of the physical and mental demands and challenges at every stage, and how the right guidance can make all the difference.
Alyssa began her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. While fitness was initially intended to be her “career after her career,” it quickly became clear that combining human connection and physical transformation was where she belonged. Certified through nationally accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she currently holds credentials in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement.
Alyssa is committed to helping you make lasting changes by fostering a strong and capable body, healthy movement patterns, and confidence in your abilities. Her goal is to support you in enjoying movement, feeling empowered, and moving and feeling better every day.
